Reservations

The cost for the overnight use of the center and its facilities is $35 per person/night. Groups that would like to use the WSC as a daytime meeting space only will be charged $200 per day and the final amount is payable in advance.

Groups staying overnight will be charged for a minimum of 15 group members, even if there are fewer participants.

The Center is often booked six months to a year in advance due to our central location, modest cost, and programming capacity.

Once the availability has been determined, we will email you a link to our online reservations form. After you electronically submit the form, we will email you a contract.

The contract has to be signed and returned within 1 month, including a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the final amount, and the balance is due immediately upon arrival. Please make your check payable to the Washington Seminar Center and mail it with the contract.
